Motorola has announced its latest ROKR series mobile phone, the Motorola ROKR W6. The device has a clamshell design similar to the hugely popular RAZR series, but with a more modern look. In keeping with the ROKR series, the Motorola ROKR W6 has a decent music player, but has the bonus of a fitness application for those who want to work out at the same time.
The ROKR W6 is quad-band and sports a 1.9 inch main display as well as a secondary external display showing the phone status, date and time. Dedicated music keys are also built-in as well as a microSD card slot to store your music on to.
Unfortunately there is no 3G of Wi-Fi connectivity, but the ROKR W6 does have a 1.3 megapixel camera and both Bluetooth and USB connections for transferring files.
Battery life is quite impressive, with stand-by time of up to 350 hours and talk time of around 6.5 hours.
There is no word on the release date for the Motorola ROKR W6 or any price guide yet.
