The Milestone from Motorola is tipped to be the first Android 2.0 smartphone when it is released early next year, the brand new Android 2.0 completely overhauls the user interface making it much better to use and a lot of the software has been improved too like a better web browser, it can also support Microsoft Exchange email. It also has both 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity with high speed downloads and uploads.
The Motorola Milestone comes with a 3.7” 480 x 854 pixel touchscreen, there is also a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with dual LED flash and it can capture widescreen videos. An 8GB card comes with the phone and it can take up to 32GB, most video and audio formats are also supported and there is a 3.5mm audio sock and stereo and Bluetooth connectivity.
The Motorola Milestone is more of a high-end handset which looks very stylish and sharp, it has a slide out QWERTY keyboard and Motorola say it is the slimmest phone of this type.
There is no news on price yet however it should be available in the next few months.
