Sony Ericsson “Life Captured” Competition

Due to the release of Sony Ericsson’s new Cyber-shot phone the C902, Sony have teamed up with Academy Award nominated director Mike Figgis (director of Leaving Las Vegas starring Nicolas Cage and Elizabeth Shue) for a unique film making project called Life Captured.

The competition gives you a chance to produce a day-in-your-life film from your mobile phones pictures. Entrants must use their phones to capture five pictures of their day and choose from four categories; morning, afternoon, evening or 24 hours. The pictures will then be uploaded to the website, where you can see the other entrants’ pictures as well.

The competition is open to 21 countries including Romania, Russia and South Africa and lucky winners will receive the new Sony Ericsson C902 Cyber-shot phone, with five of the best entrants being invited to London to see their film premiered at the Raindance Film Festival in October. The overall winner at the festival will receive a grand prize that is to be announced at the films premier.

Closing date for the competition is the 10th August. For more information and to enter visit the Sony Ericsson Life Captured website.
